Goodbye 2014!

Front of House Photography has experienced incredible success and growth in 2014 and I want to thank each and everyone of our faithful readers, casual visitors and accidental passersby for helping make that happen.

The list of bands I have had the pleasure of shooting for the first time or as welcomed favourites is much too long to list. Also, I’m not big on writing so just look at some of the highlights of this great year, and here’s to lots more in 2015!

Cheers,

Bobby

Hydra – Arts & Crafts Field Trip, Toronto

Hydra, the supergroup formed by Feist, featuring members of Aroara and Snowblink, formed ad hoc at the 2012 Polaris Prize gala, took the stage at the Arts & Crafts Field Trip festival.

Feist with Snowblink, at The Arts & Crafts Field Trip – Fort York, Toronto

Although Feist didn’t want photographers all up in her grill during her performance (restricted to shoot from the sound board) she did make a not so surprise appearance with headliners Broken Social Scene sending media already in the pit scrambling to catch the elusive songstress. Supply and demand I suppose?

Joined on stage by duo Snowblink Feist covered the highlights of her catalogue, drawn heavily from her latest, Polaris Prize winner Metals
